Motion 1
Proposer: Tom O'Leary; Seconder: Gerard Sugrue
To revise the Constitution of the club to reflect changes in club activities, internal organisation, and communication methods since 2009 - namely:
- explicit recognition of women's /girls' rugby, plus alternate forms like tag, touch, 7s, or walking rugby
- assignment of explicit roles for committee members and designation of a vice-chair, and explicit recognition of Mini rugby coordinator as a role on the executive
- use of email and social media (Twitter, Facebook) as forms of communication to members, players and supporters.
