As the new season gets underway the club would like to reiterate the importance of maintaining a fun, friendly and respectful atmosphere at all ages. Kids and adults alike deserve to be treated with absolute respect at all times. Last season was fantastic in so many respects so let's make this season even better.

A few key areas to ensure this continues:

- Treat everyone like you would like your mum or dad to be treated;

- No matter what mistakes a player makes players and coaches should encourage, not criticise. There should be zero tolerance of any belittling or condescending behaviour by coaches or players;

- Absolute respect for coaches and referees. No back chat;

- Coaches are asked to please introduce new players to the group. Everyone wants to belong.

If you see behaviour on or off the pitch that is out of line, don't be afraid to call it out. You will have the full backing of the club.

Alternatively, feel free to report it in confidence.
