GAA Xmas Charity fundraiser 8km run/walk - Sun Dec 30th

The Upperchurch Drombane GAA annual Xmas charity fundraiser takes place this year on Sunday Dec 30th with the inaugural staging of the Upperchurch Drombane Point-to-Point - one church steeple to the other as per the original point to point race except this time without the equine assistance - It will be an 8km walk or road race from Upperchurch church to Drombane church. The walk starts at 1pm with the run beginning at 1:30pm. This year monies raised will go towards cost of new stage curtains for Upperchurch Hall. This is a facility that has been of great benefit to training of juvenile players for many years so we're asking for as much support as possible. Adults €10. Kids Free. All support welcome. Will have return transport arranged for visitors but hoping that locals will make their own arrangements.
