Fermoy Juvenile GAA notes

 

Camogie:

Great turnout for training the past few weeks. We have had a lot of new comers, so thank you to Noel O Brien for spreading the word in the schools. Training times will be text to the parents.

 

Nursery:

Nursery Training for under 6 , 7 and 8’s continues in Colman’s Pavilion on Saturday morning from 10am to 11am. It will be football training again this week (Saturday 3rd March). Please wear a gumshield, runners and shin pads. Great fun to be had by all.

 

U9/10s:

Great to see the large turnout last Saturday with a few new comers and other boys coming back. Training will continue in Loreto astro pitch next Saturday 12.30 - 1.30 with hurling and we will return to football the following week. All newcomers very welcome. Failte roimh chach.

 

U11:

Hurling and football training continue on Thursday in Colman's Pavillion @ 7.30pm .

 

U12:

A few weeks back hurling and football training on Thursday nights now. Our opening football league game is this Saturday at 4 pm at home against Killeagh St Itas. Full attendance necessary.

 

 

 

 

U13:

We played our first match of the year on Sunday against Glanmire. After a poor display we lost by 6 points. Hurling training continues on Monday nights at 7 in Loreto astro pitch, football on Thursday night in at 7 in the main pitch. U14 football match v St Nick's on Saturday at home at 2pm.

 

U16:

Next Saturday, 3rd of March is our first football match of the season against Carrigaline at 3pm in the main pitch. Please make sure membership is paid before this Tuesday to allow you play on Saturday.  We will train Tuesday night so keep an eye on texts for times. Tickets will also be on sale from Monday for our victory social on Friday the 9th March. Please contact Annette Roche or Sinead Twomey for tickets.
